If you are using a character from the series yet a month has passed with out you logging on or letting an admin know that you will be gone, your character will be removed from the list. It is as simple as that. If you let me know before hand that you will not be logging on due to vacations, ect., you will be able to keep your character.

what if somehting happens like a computer crash.... and we can't tell you cuz it'sa unexpected.

well, that would be a problem, but 4 a month? u could try to access a computer from somewhere else, or else, your done for Razz
