Basic Rules:
-God mod abilites are practically auto-unapproved
-Make sure you know how much magic you have before making your skills or spells
-Make sure you know how many spells and skills you are allowed to have before making any skills or spells
-Spell and skills may only cost intervals of 10 magic, 10, 20, 30, 40, 50, and so on, removes the need of calculators for the math impared
-BE DESCRIPTIVE
-There is no way to regain, regenerate or replenish your own magic due to a spell by yourself at this point.
-Once you find out how much magic you have, please put it into your signature in this form: Max Magic: (Then how much magic you have here), it makes it much easier for other people
-When you use a skill or spell during a rpg, remember to put how much magic you spent, and how much you have left, in this form preferably: (90 magic left, 10 magic spent)
-Do not constantly barrage the moderators and admin for approval, we are few, and normally somewhat busy
-Know what you want before going in to make a new spell, dont wing it, its messy and a pain for moderators and admin to fix up
-If you are unapproved for a spell or skill, revamp it, and try again, if it is still unapproved, give up and move on
-If you fail to follow the format, chances are, you will be unapproved, moderators will ignore your post, or you dont really have a need for said spell or skill
-If you arent descriptive enough with your spells and skills, there is a decent chance of being unapproved or causing pain for moderators and admin
-BE DESCRIPTIVE DAMMIT!!
-If you have more than one spell idea at once, by all means, post them in one topic and make sure the title is plural, indicating more than one spell
-Title your spells with the spells name, its quicker and nicer to look at then: "Bobs spellz"
-If you come up with more spells after getting a spell approved beforehand, do not post or edit the new spell into an old topic, just make a new one, its nice and easy for moderators and administrators
-Do not see someone elses spell or skill, and copy it because is a good idea, that is not only uncreative but its unfair and boring, these will be unapproved.
-Do not make technologically-based spells or skills, they are not allowed anymore, small cases may get by, but for the most part they will be unapproved.
-Do not make completely melee-based spells or skills, that basically means its a normal attack in a certain style, chances are it would be god moddish
-Do not "upgrade" your spells after you make them, choose what you want, and post it, mods and admin dont have time to deal with the same spell seven times, so make it exactly what you want then and there, then post it to get it approved once and once only.

Alright, next we'll get down to the new magic acquirement system:

Less than 100 posts: 30 Magic
More than 100 posts: 40 Magic
More than 200 posts: 50 Magic
More than 350 posts: 60 Magic
More than 500 posts: 70 Magic
More than 700 posts: 80 Magic
More than 850 posts: 90 Magic
More than 1000 posts: 100 Magic
More than 1250 posts: 110 Magic
More than 1500 posts: 120 Magic
More than 1800 posts: 130 Magic
More than 2150 posts: 140 Magic
More than 2500 posts: 150 Magic
More than 2850 posts: 160 Magic
More than 3300 posts: 170 Magic
More than 3850 posts: 180 Magic
More than 4200 posts: 190 Magic
More than 4650 posts: 200 Magic
More than 5050 posts: 210 Magic
More than 5450 posts: 220 Magic
More than 5800 posts: 230 Magic
More than 6300 posts: 240 Magic
More than 7000 posts: 250 Magic

It may be upgraded again in the future, but for now, 250 is the maximum, unless you acquire magic in a special tournament or event.

Alright Next is the Health requirement system:

Less than 100 posts: 50 Health
More than 100 Posts: 60 Health
More than 200 posts: 70 Health
More than 350 Posts: 80 Health
More than 500 posts: 90 Health
More than 700 Posts: 100 Health
More than 850 Posts: 110 Health
More than 1000 Posts: 120 Health
More than 1250 Posts: 130 Health
More than 1500 Posts: 140 Health
More than 1800 Posts: 150 Health
More than 2150 Posts: 160 Health
More than 2500 Posts: 170 Health
More than 2850 Posts: 180 Health
More than 3300 Posts: 190 Health
More than 3850 Posts: 200 Health
More than 4200 Posts: 210 Health
More than 4650 Posts: 220 Health
More than 5050 Posts: 230 Health
More than 5450 Posts: 240 Health
More than 5800 Posts: 250 Health
More than 6300 Posts: 260 Health
More than 7000 Posts: 270 Health

Now, the Spells and Skills format:

Name: (What it is called)

Magic Cost: (How much magic the spell or skill will cost to be used)

Requirements: (What do you need in order to use the skill or spell?)

Effect: (What does the skill or spell do?)

History: (How did you receive this spell or skill? What have you done with it? What has it done?)

Keep in mind, that spells and skills cannot have things such as "stuns for 2 turns" or "freezes enemy for 5 turns" since when you rpg, things are never truly set in stone, so, if you wish to stun someone, just describe how it stuns them, like: Causes them to be unable to move for a short time, or for the freezing example: If the spell hits his target, it freezes the target in an encasement of ice, dont be exact or precise unless further addressed by a moderator or administrator

Last, the Spell and Skill amount limits:

Less than 25 posts: 1 Spell or Skill
More than 25 posts: 2 Spells or Skills
More than 50 posts: 3 Spells or Skills
More than 100 posts: 4 Spells or Skills
More than 250 posts: 5 Spells or Skills
More than 350 posts: 6 Spells or Skills
More than 650 posts: 7 Spells or Skills
More than 850 posts: 8 Spells or Skills
More than 1250 posts: 9 Spells or Skills
More than 1650 posts: 10 Spells or Skills
More than 2500 posts: 11 Spells or Skills
More than 3250 posts: 12 Spells or Skills
More than 4000 posts: 13 Spells or Skills
More than 5000 posts: 14 Spells or Skills
More than 7000 posts: 15 Spells or Skills

You must follow this format for the number of spells you have, if you try to make more than you are allowed they are instantly unapproved and deleted, there is a very slight chance of the number of spells and skills you are allowed to have changing, so dont get your hopes up, but there is a veeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeery slight possibility.
